Winter Engagement Inspiration in Coeur d’ Alene

Sam & Kasandra are currently planning their 2025 wedding and decided to photograph their winter engagement in beautiful downtown Coeur d’ Alene and Tubbs Hill while visiting family for Christmas.

Winter Coeur d’ Alene Photos

We started the afternoon off scoping out some downtown locations for a more urban and dressed up feel. Kasandra really loves the brick buildings in downtown so that was what we looked for. They also wanted to pop some champagne and toast to their love.

Once we got some exciting champagne toasting photos we started to get rained on so we moved on to get some more fun photos in downtown Coeur d’ Alene.

Winter Engagement Session Attire

Sam & Kasandra’s choice of winter attire added a touch of elegance for their downtown Coeur d’ Alene winter engagement photos. Kasandra and I had a zoom call to go over last minute details about the session and she shared with me what she decided to wear. I couldn’t have picked a better outfit for them both. Their elegance and dressed up feel still felt simple and comfortable which is who they are. Also sending out my engagement planning guide for my couples gives you helpful tips and ideas on how to prepare for your engagement session. For the second location at Tubbs Hill, they decided to go for a more casual feel since were would be on a trail.
