Documentary Wedding photography for couples who are drawn to the honest, unplanned, slightly chaotic moments that make a wedding feel alive.
No posing, no perfection, no Pinterest trends. Just real moments for real people.
"We did an engagement shoot first with her and the end result made us even more confident that we chose the right person. These wedding photos not only collected the perfectly present moments, but also the raw emotion of our perfect day."
Love Notes / Kasandra + Sam
"From the moment we met her, her professionalism, knowledge of the whole process, and warm and friendly nature made us feel completely at ease. She truly understood the emotions and key moments of a wedding day, capturing everything that was important to us without us even having to ask."
Love Notes / Jamie + Diego
"It was as if she was a close lifelong friend just out with us for a day with a camera"
Love Notes / The Mahakam Family
"Blair is absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! We have cried over these pictures and how beautifully our day was captured. I think our portraits should be in a wedding magazine! There are some pictures we said “we didn’t even know she was by us and got that shot!”
Love Notes / Ashley + Dre
"She’s kind, fun, and deeply passionate about both her clients and her art."
Love Notes / Audra + Marc Riner
Hi, I’m Blair—a Documentary wedding photographer based in Spokane, WA.
Rather than directing your day, I pay attention to it. I’m looking for movement, interaction, and emotion as they happen in real time—the subtle in-between moments as much as the big ones.
There’s usually a balance in how I work: gentle guidance when needed, and quiet documentation when things are flowing on their own. This creates space for you to stay present with your people, while I focus on the story happening around you.
I’m especially drawn to the imperfect and unscripted parts of a wedding day—the energy shifts, the humor, the chaos, and the emotional honesty that can’t be recreated.
That’s what I prioritize when I’m photographing your day: not control, but awareness. Not staging, but noticing.
