If we’re meeting at an outdoor location or Spokane studio, bring snacks, a favorite toy, or something comforting. Kids usually won’t be into photos for long and that’s totally okay. I photograph families in a relaxed, documentary-style way. If you're hoping for a few posed portraits, we’ll get those done first and let the rest unfold naturally.

If you'd rather not shoot outdoors in poor weather, we can either reschedule or switch to an in-home session. Cozy, documentary-style sessions inside your Spokane home are some of my favorites and sometimes a little rain or snow adds its own kind of magic.

Yes! I love when families bring their pup to outdoor sessions. Pets bring energy and fun, and they make for some of the best candid moments—especially if the kids are chasing them around.

"This gal is the real deal. I met Blair at a wedding where my wife and I happened to be in the wedding party. Blair was their wedding photographer. She was very relaxed and approachable. We started talking about photography and hit it off. By the end of the night we decided to inquire about family pictures. Due to working out of town she agreed to fit my family in for a session with less than 24 hour notice the next day.
The session was great. It was so relaxing. There was no choreography during the session. Everything was so authentic and it made for some great pictures. We appreciate her and will definitely be repeat customers! I highly recommend her if you have photography needs."
